Acqua Uliveto flows from a source of the same name, near Vicopisano in the province of Pisa, and has been known for its health properties since 1800.
From the source the water is immediately bottled in the Uliveto Terme plant, which was built in 1987 and occupies an area that over the years has expanded to 30,000 square meters including the space occupied by bottling lines and warehouses.

The Rocchetta plant is located in Gualdo Tadino, in Umbria and dates back to 1995.
Currently the area covered by the plant is about 35,000 square meters. The new PET production line, installed in 2018, is 45,000 btg/hour.
